Method
Step 1 of 3
Start by layering slices of tomatoes and cheese on a serving platter. Tuck whole basil leaves between the cheese and tomatoes. Arrange the slices so you can see every layer.
Step 2 of 3
Season generously with salt and pepper, drizzle all over with extra virgin olive oil and drizzle with 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze or add it to taste.
Step 3 of 3
Serve and enjoy immediately!
A quick and easy salad
Ingredients
1) 3-4 medium ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced 1/4” thick
2) 2 balls L Dairy Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced 1/4” thick
3) 1 bunch fresh basil or more
4) 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling or as needed
5) sea salt, to taste
6) black pepper, to taste
7) 2 tbsp balsamic glaze, or added to taste (optional)
